NEWS COSMOGEN is seeking a Regional Director of Sales – US West Coast

As the Regional Director of Sales, you will provide for the designed regions (West Coast US) sales leadership and direction to maintain and grow the sales goals by selling application tools and packaging solutions based on Cosmogen’s patents, for the Beauty & Cosmetic industry in the United-States, a competitive and innovative marketplace.

You will promote appropriate Cosmogen's patent technologies and innovative Cosmogen product range to U.S. customers to enable them enhance their formula’s efficiency. You are responsible for project coordination with Cosmogen development and engineering team in Paris, and factories in Asia to achieve desired development for the customers (timeline, technical aspect, etc)

=> The aim is to ensure a superior customer experience and a high retention rate of customers

 The desired background we are seeking:

  •          Strong knowledge of the Cosmetic & beauty industry and of their players (>5 years)
  •          Have a proven and existing portfolio of customers in the Cosmetic & beauty Industry
  •          Experience in leading Business-to-Business sales (>5 years)
  •          Ability to manage complex sales cycle and customizable production high SKU counts
  •          Proven record of building and growing a customer portfolio and meeting annual sales and profitability goals
  •          Prior experience reporting to a remote Head Quarter (Paris-France) is strongly valued
  •          Prior experience with China-based manufacturing is strongly valued
  •          Ability to travel up to 60% of your time in your assigned territory and to attend industry trade shows
