A unique flocked applicator for natural to sophisticated looks specifically designed to gently help you color, shape and seal hairs all at once. 

This applicator is dipped in a tube with an adapted wiper in order to get the right amount of formula.

Suitable for : eye brow fixing gel, eyebrow or eyelash colored gel, lash top coat
